The backyard is fenced in and a well trained dog will be considered. Both bedrooms have king sized beds. The guest room has a split king which can be converted to two beds. Two paddleboards are available at no additional charge. Boat and boat lift not included but access to the boat lift may be added for $750 per month (boat will not be available) Property is available starting June 1st.
