The house was remodeled 3 years ago and renovated. The kitchen is new with granite throughout (1 bedroom/1 bath). Large backyard complete with a privacy fence. The house is in a great location, 10 minutes from downtown, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and close to the interstate. There will be a $50/month pet fee added for each pet. You are allowed a maximum of 2 pets. The lease is for 12 months. $1,950 security deposit.
