To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religions; spiritual; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. GS-13 To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-12 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves (1) Performing procedural reviews of equal employment opportunity (EEO) cases; (2) Analyzing information for selection of appropriate principles and theories to resolve EEO matters; (3) Advising on solutions to specific problems/cases determining the appropriate plan of action for each complaint, to include acceptance, partial acceptance, dismissal, or referral; and (4) Evaluating trends in procedural decisions for advisement to EEO Specialist for corrective action.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
