This is a GG-15 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-15 duties for the Supervision/Management work category are at the Expert work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-15 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job. Education:
All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions Undergraduate or Graduate Education:
Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:

Experience:
Applicant resume must reflect the quality level ofexperience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Such experience is typically gained in the IT field or through the performance of work where the primary concern is IT. Examples of creditable experience include:
establishing policies and procedures to accomplish planning, security, programming, methodology, and resource control at both national and international level; providing IT management activities that extends and apply to an entire organization, or major components of an organization that includes strategic and capital planning, investment control, workforce planning, policy and standards development, resource management, knowledge management, architecture and infrastructure planning and management, auditing and information security management; knowledge of defining, developing and validating Information Technology planning and system design methodologies, techniques and tools set; supervising work as it applies to national policy statements, directive and legislation from DoD, non-DoD and other US Government agencies and activities. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Mastery knowledge of communication-computer information technology concepts, principles, techniques, etc to develop highly complex, technical, and sensitive issues, statements, and plans. Comprehensive knowledge of Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions as related to actual events (e.g. Defense, IC, and US government policy on intelligence and international intelligence information sharing). Mastery in establishing and maintaining highly productive working relationships with team members, clients, industry experts, and others, including interpersonal effectiveness with executive management, peers, employees, and contractors as well as in building relationships and maintaining close coordination with a range of customers. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization. Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures to maintain and control classified material. Knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of plans and programs for managing, planning, budgeting and executing operations utilizing diverse support structures and inter-agency cooperation on advanced concepts, principles and practices such as Surveillance & Reconnaissance systems; Special Communications; Information Operations; Collection Management and Operations; Research, development, test and engineering; Systems integration; Cyberspace Operations; Cyberspace information assurance and security systems; Information Systems; Foreign Language Exploitation; Data Engineering; Planning, Programming, & Budgeting System (PPBS),acquisition, special operations, or similar operations. Expert skills in oral communications to present sensitive information and/or recommendations on complex matters to U.S. and foreign national Senior Executive leaders and other high-ranking officials; skilled in written communications sufficient to develop guidance, regulations and directives dealing with complex issues and maintain good working relations. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
