Carpenter Journeyman I
This role is set to be onsite project work in Saint Petersburg, Fl.
Responsibilities/ Duties:
1. Follow established safety rules
Providing leadership to carpenter helpers, apprentices and laborers.
Erect Scaffolding
Maintains or modifies woodwork and other related structures.
Occasionally work around hazardous material and equipment
Construct forms.
Install anchor bolts, reinforcing steel, & embeds.
Frame floors, walls, & roof structures.
Demolition of concrete and wood structures
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications Etc.:
1. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
Can follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job
Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: Physical Job Requirement Checklist can be provided.
