HR partners with business unit leaders to provide the tools and support needed to promote our culture and create an engaging workplace where employees can thrive professionally. A Day in the Life The Wellness and Accommodation Lead is responsible for ensuring the compliance and effectiveness of the end to end overall ADAA accommodation process and promotion of the HSNi Culture of Wellness. They will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding integration of company wellness initiatives into benefit programs, and on leave and workplace accommodations. They will be responsible for designing and promoting successful corporate Wellness Culture, and in communicating with all levels of employees to encourage program sustainability. Implement on-site and remote site health campaigns targeted to high risk topics and coordinate campaigns for offsite locations Planning, developing, marketing and executing company-wide wellness initiatives and programs Establish relationships with other internal departments to be involved in any event that has a wellness component (American Heart, Work Life Balance, etc) Develop relationships with external carriers and other vendors in order to leverage the medical plan and other benefits for wellness initiatives and increase compliance with preventive medicine overall Partner with vending machine suppliers and onsite food programs to provide healthy food options Lead Wellness Advocacy Committee (WAC) to enhance employee buy-in and assist with implementation and communication of Wellness and Total Rewards Initiatives and coordinate monthly meetings Integrate and maintain wellness brand into current and future program materials Develop and implement monthly health and financial wellness communications and activities utilizing most appropriate communication methods for each location Coordinate educational seminars on high risk targeted topics (smoking cessation, diabetes, asthma, weight management, heart health, stress management) Answer employee questions regarding benefits and wellbeing program Conduct a comprehensive initial evaluation and assessment of employee accommodation requests, providing communication on state and Federal Leave laws, and direction in the ADA/Workplace accommodation process, as well as interpret and explain applicable procedures, policies, laws and regulations surrounding Disability, Workers Compensation, ADA and State & Federal Leaves of absence, as applicable Provides support to Leave Administration Partner to ensure efficient and accurate administration, coordination and compliance of the various Leave of Absence policies and pay, state disability, Workers Compensation programs, and employer provided STD and LTD programs Independently analyze documentation for accommodations, advise on, and apply, appropriate course of action to ensure compliance and consistency while maintaining confidentiality Act as the SME and critical communication link for all parties in the ADAA accommodation process, including employees, employer supervisors and managers, Human Resources and Legal Counsel, when appropriate. Manage and track monthly billings and premium payments to health and welfare budget projections Responsible for gathering and analyzing data to measure success on wellness programs and outcomes and compiling comprehensive monthly reporting for management review Conduct benchmarking analysis and cultural assessments to aid in program development Conduct employee benefit surveys and focus groups Maintain employee records in accordance with specific confidentiality laws, HIPAA, the Company's record retention policy as well as state and federal requirements Keys to Success At HSN, if you are Agile, Innovative, Pioneering, Dynamic, Boundaryless, Passionate, Customer-Centric, Collaborative, and Results-Focused, you will love it here! Must Haves Bachelors degree in health field including but not exclusive to: public health, social work, allied health, exercise science, health promotion, nutrition, etc, or in Human Resources Certification from recognized industry organization (i.e. CHES, ACSM, AFAA) 5 years working in corporate wellness/health promotion and program administration/design Strong project management/program management skills Knowledge of pertinent Federal, State, and local laws and regulations regarding FMLA/ADAA/Disability, & Workers Compensation Superior oral and written communication and marketing skills Strong Microsoft Office capabilities, including extensive Excel reporting, Word and PowerPoint knowledge Strong organizational and demonstrable logical skills Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy Must be able to work independently Ability to design, develop, deliver andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
