HR Specialist
Corban OneSource is a mid-market HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) company and one of the largest HRO's on the East Coast. We are locally owned, yet have clients all over the US with an average size client having 750 employees.
In this role, you will be part of our HR team providing support to our clients.
Assisting and working alongside our Senior HR Team with handling all HR issues with our clients.
Handling all of the administrative duties within all cross functional areas of HR given a set of named clients.
Assisting the Benefits and Payroll Teams within a set of named clients to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of information between departments and clients.
We are seeking team members with the following experience, skills and education:

years work experience in HR administration/support role with a proven record of delivering superior customer service with a servant heart.
Experience in data entry and problem solving
Demonstrated ability to prioritize a varied workload
Experience with different HRIS platforms
Strong technical knowledge in Excel, (manipulating data for imports/exports) Proficiency with MS Office Applications
Some college course work preferred
Must enjoy playing practical jokes on team members and then having the same happen in return
This person will be exposed to a significant amount of different HR situations, state, federal laws, complaince and other areas given we have client in 30 states that are both private and publicly traded. Our industry expertise covers some of the largest non-profits in the US as well as the service and manufacturing industries. This is a great opportunity for someone to be on the fast track to getting their PHR/SPHR and having the opportunity to work CLOSELY with Senior HR professionals to learn more about HR in one year than they would in 3 years with a non HRO related employer. (That is direct feedback from current HR Generalists on our team).
This person will report to our Director of HR who is very easy to get along with and knows how to build a great team. It is a fast paced environment but one that is fun so bring your sense of humor !
