As the Human Resource expert you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact professionally and culturally here. Drive key functions of Human Resources with a modern perspective while reporting to the President.
Your Mission:
Leverage your years of leadership experience in the Human Resource arena to manage a suite of HR initiatives including: Employee Professional Development (performance management through training), Retention Strategies, Employee Relations, Payroll & Benefits Management plus Office & Culture Management (property management and employee branding/culture). Develop high-trust partnerships with management and employees. Build and nurture the company's employee brand by fostering a culture of customer focus, interdepartmental collaboration and employee empowerment.
Required
Experience:
5
years of experience with all functional areas of Human Resources (HR Generalist)
Developing and managing key initiatives related to talent assessments/skill gap analysis, needs assessment, organizational design, group dynamics/behavior, team building, performance management, performance review process and related solutions
Employee initiatives to increase brand identify and loyalty while supporting a positive culture and collaborative environment
Establishing role-based employee development programs with the goal of improving performance and employee commitment to internal growth/success
Recruitment experience with increasing opportunity awareness, on-boarding, training, internal identification, development and detainment of a world-class talent team.
Legal Guidelines - Must have a deep understanding of employment laws and statutes pertaining to equal opportunity employment, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, WARN, Employment Agreements, etc.
Solid understanding of P&L, including budget process
Change management - ability to communicate and navigate team/employees through change
Is This You?
College Degree
PHR and/or SPHR a strong plus
Thrive in a fast paced environment, with a bias for action
Demonstrated leadership
Respected as a subject matter expert on HR initiatives
Solid business acumen with an in-depth knowledge of policy and concepts, along with the ability to articulate such topics
Strategic thinker with a current view on HR best practices and trends
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
