Full-time Description Responsibilities:
Supervise business office staff to maximize productivity Oversee all daily operations in accordance with the business office best practices Effectively manage all facets of the surgery center accounts receivable Maintain appropriate internal controls related to business office functions Achieve all business office financial goals as published annually Ensure completion of all requirements listed in the monthly Post Close Review Guide Provide accurate and timely financial data as required by Regional CFO Enforce all center specific and corporate mandated policies and procedures Enforce and participate in all required billing and coding education Maintain legal and regulatory compliance Attend all regional and divisional BOM meetings Interact effectively with patients, family members and visitors Support center efforts to provide exceptional customer service and increase case volume May serve as human resources liaison within the surgery center All other duties as assigned POSITIONS SUPERVISED:

Qualifications Education:
Bachelor degree in business or health care administration desired.
Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of two years prior supervisory experience Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in computer applications, including medical accounts receivable systems Knowledge of managed care payers, medical terminology and CPT/ICD-9 coding Strong verbal and written communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
