They evaluate and verify supporting documents and accurately input the information into our proprietary system.

Efficiently and effectively manage inbound and outbound calls and emails for employment, education, reference, and licensing verification.
Maintain an effective follow-up process for all verifications to ensure timely completion of background checks.
Accurate data entry of verified information.
Demonstrate high quality assurance through data review of information obtained for verifications.
Communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved in obtaining verification information by phone and email.
Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Great with written and oral communication.
Detailed oriented Goal motivated Experience computer systems and multi-tasking Prior call center experience is a plus.
