Build and maintain relationships:

Conduct product presentations:
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of Z Health Insurance products to healthcare professionals, highlighting how our solutions can meet their needs and improve client outcomes.
Provide education and training:
Offer training sessions, seminars, and educational materials to clients to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products and how to effectively utilize them.
Collaborate with internal teams:
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal departments to coordinate sales efforts, address customer needs, and optimize the customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends:
Keep abreast of changes and developments in the health insurance industry, including regulatory updates, market trends, and competitor activities, to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Track and report sales performance:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using our CRM system, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Proven track record of success in medical sales or a related field, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, including knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
