Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs, goals, and challenges.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any concerns.
Provide guidance and support to clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features.
Coordinate with internal departments, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Keep abreast of industry developments and market trends to provide proactive recommendations and solutions to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account information using our CRM system.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically to address client needs and resolve issues.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of account management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in account management, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in using computer software and navigating online platforms.
