We work with clients of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings including family homes, community settings, group homes, and public and private schools.
This position is primarily school-based with the flexibility to pick up additional cases and hours in the home/community settings.
BCBA Duties Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be considered Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for clients Train and provide feedback to caregivers and behavior technicians on the implementation of behavior plans and skill acquisition goals Analyze and graph data weekly Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance Provide supervision according to the BACB requirements for RBTs Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements Complete billing bi-weekly Why Choose Us?
