dissolutions of marriage, paternity, time-sharing, child support, alimony, and various modification actions; as well as, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

General
Job Description:
Assist with preparation, drafting, filing and service of pleadings and legal correspondence.
Organizing and managing documents, maintaining both hard files and computer generated files/folders.
Assisting with hearing/trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits and binders and table of contents Communicate with clients, gathering necessary documents and information.
Answer phones and greet clients.
Maintain schedule of appointments, court dates and meetings on calendar.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
