Petersburg, FL is currently seeking a Receptionist.
We are a growing company in need of an energetic, motivated, and talented individual to join our team! As the Receptionist within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence between the departments, requisition of supplies when necessary, as well as any additional clerical duties.
To be most successful as the Receptionist, you should be approachable and flexible to change with the ability to stay calm and collected under pressure.

Qualifications:
Answer telephones or switchboard during scheduled shift.
Ensure phone calls are redirected to appropriate employee or department.
Provide callers with information about the facility, such as, address, directions, fax numbers, facility/Company website and other related information.
Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Assist with other related clerical duties, such as, copying, faxing, filing, etc.

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience Excellent phone etiquette skills required.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
