The Store Team Leader/Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their team, to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, and for helping to build profitable sales.
They will assist in the operations of the store and managing a team of hourly associates during their respective shifts.
In accordance with the goals of the company, they are responsible for managing all aspects of their shift including, but not limited to:
store operations, financial performance, management/staff development, customer satisfaction, quality standards, sales & marketing, and general communications with employees, vendors, customers, and corporate support staff.
Responsibilities:
Supervise Bright Ice Team Members Lead and manage a team; hold the team accountable to deliver a great customer experience Leadership, including taking initiative, and effective communication Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve company goals Enforce call-out procedures, document call-outs, and ensure that all shifts are covered each day and week Develop the weekly employee schedule Ensure that all employees follow company operations and protocols Coordinate the hiring and training of employees Communicate job expectations to employees Provide coaching, development and feedback Initiate disciplinary action and/or termination for Team Members Ensure that quality and consistency standards for the products are maintained Performs tasks including:
inventory, ordering, prepare bank deposits, proper accounting of funds, employee schedules.
Oversee and monitor loss prevention Control costs to help maximize profitability Assist with planning and implementation of store marketing activities Investigates, resolves and responds to guest complaints Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws Ensure every customer has a positive experience Perform all duties of a Team Member Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Have prior supervisory experience in a quick service food environment Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a team Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow-through skills Have customer service experience Be available to work at least 5 shifts each week, including partial weekends Ability to work the store opening and closing shifts Acquire Food Manager's Certification within 60 days of hire date Strict adherence to all hygiene and cleanliness standards Must have a vehicle and active driver's license Desirable
Qualifications:
A dedicated person who is looking for a fun place to work! Excellent organizational and motivational skills are needed Active Food Handler's Card or Food Manager Certification Demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and targets at any one given time, with emphasis placed on prioritizing.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
