Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agent with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases and transaction timeline management - Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses - Conduct market research to assist with pricing properties and identifying potential sellers and buyers; knowledge of MLS desired - Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions - Prepare and distribute marketing materials via multiple media channels for brand recognition and listed properties, knowledge of social media is a must - Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulation - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Understanding of direct mail, real estate farm areas and referral sales for marketing purposes - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Database Management, Canva or other design software for Marketing, photography software knowledge is a plus.
