Cleaning Labor:
$15 per hour - raises based on merit Non-Cleaning Labor:
$12.
00 per hour (almost entirely drive time) Your hours are approximately 80% Cleaning Labor and 20% Non-Cleaning Labor Review Bonus:
When a new client leaves a 5-Star Review on Google, Yelp, BBB, Facebook or Home Advisor, you will earn a $20 bonus per client.
The bonus is split between the number of people on the job.
Example:
If 2 people were on 1 job where the customer left reviews on each of the 5 sites, the total bonus is $100 divided by 2 = each person earns $50 for doing 1 job.
If you did that each day with 1 customer and worked 5 days a week, that's a total Review Bonus of $250 per week.
Mileage:
You are required to have a working vehicle.
You are paid.
30 per mile for the use of your car.
If gas per gallon exceed $4, you are paid.
35 per mile.
Hours:
Hours per week range between 30-40.
Overtime is available.
You are paid overtime at the rate of time and one half on the Cleaning Labor rate - even if the the labor was Non-Cleaning Labor.
Your work week is Monday through Saturday.
You will be given a day off during the week.
Payroll:
Payroll is semi-monthly (15th and 31st).
All payroll taxes, etc.
, are deducted.
Bonuses earned are paid on the 15th of each month.
