The primary duties of this position include scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
Peforms various administrative duties to support the practice.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent with one year of Medical Office experience.
Prefer Medical Call Center experience.
Must have experience with using an Electronic Medical Record system.
Must have strong Communication skills, Service Excellence skills, attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of healthcare, HIPAA, Medical Records and Medical Terminology.
Bilingual preferred.
