Universal Engineering Sciences (UES) has an opening in our Construction Services Department.
UES is a nationwide leader in Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection, Building Code Compliance, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Building Envelope.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative duties as part of the Construction Services Department.
If you're reliable, have a good work ethic, and can cooperate with co-workers and clients respectfully, this is the position for you.
Job Responsibilities Data entry as required for the Construction Services Department (CSD) and preparation of documents in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PDF programs Preparation of field test reports within UES proprietary field data collection system for Engineer review Client interaction (phone calls, emails, etc) Set up of new CSD projects within Deltek Vision Organized tracking of office staff certifications Ability to take on a variety of administrative tasks to include but not limited to:
doubling checking on completion test result entry into field data collection system by field staff, preparation of documents for billing, etc.
Clear communication with clients and coworkers of project test result inquiries Required Qualifications High School Graduate Expert with Microsoft Office Suite Great organizational skills Detailed oriented Valid Driver's License Proficient communication skills (email, phone, etc.
) Preferred Qualifications Experience in A/E/C firm.
Experience with Deltek Vision, SAP Concur.
