ASAP We are looking for a front desk receptionist/ administrative assistant to join our team at our psychology practice.

This position involves:
Answering phone calls Scheduling Patients Verifying insurance (training will be provided) Answer basic questions about services to patients.
Generally be awesome and helpful We are looking for a professional and qualified person to join our team.
Our office is in downtown St Pete and parking is provided.
Excellent location to work in if you enjoy the downtown area.

Patient volume is much lower than a medical office because we are a therapy/psychology practice, so this is not a hectic and stressful environment.
