We are creators of a magical event called Enchant Christmas.
We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth.
While Christmas is a big part of what we do, it is only the beginning of where we intend to go.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
Pre-Event - attending rehearsals, costume fittings and any other duties needed during event preparation as directed by the Experience and Talent Supervisor and/or Stage Manager.
Perform at the event as directed with enthusiasm and positivity helping create magical moments for guests.
Learn and perform choreography set by the Experience and Talent Supervisor.
Execute character backstory given at all times to maintain the magic of Enchant.
Check daily line up and be prepared for all tracks assigned.
Follow directions and feedback as provided by your supervisor, including alterations to location and scripting of performance.
Attend daily pre-shift meetings and take performance notes from the Experience and Talent Supervisor and stage management.
Apply makeup and style hair for roles as directed (if applicable).
Supervise assigned zones constantly and consistently for guest experience and team member quality assurance.
Remain in costume at all times and wear appropriate credentials for the safety and security of the Enchant team.
Create a warm and hospitable environment of Christmas magic for all.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
A minimum 2 years' experience in Guest engagement and performance.
Vision and creativity on how to create a premium value-driven experience.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Performing outside in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and push at least 25lbs.
Self-directed, extremely meticulous and organized with an ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives.
You have the ability to work with multiple leaders through a complex company to get things done.
A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional results.
Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
All staff must be prepared to work the entire production run from the load-in to the load-out.
