As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the indispensable right-hand to the local business Executive/Principal.
Your role is crucial in weaving a seamless daily operation, marrying administrative prowess with personal assistance.
The right candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented as well as anticipatory and be able to pivot quickly between tasks while keeping the Principal on track for meetings, deadlines, and projects.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Principal to provide top-notch executive and personal assistance as well as the best support possible Assist with daily business as well as personal tasks and errands Maintain a schedule/calendar of all meetings, projects, and activities in the Principal's schedule and help with reminders Organize and coordinate meetings Answer phone calls and inquiries during business hours Balance monthly budget and expenses with detailed reporting Assist with bookkeeping duties including QuickBooks entries Ensure that all projects are on schedule Ability to work independently, with little direction once expectations are established Key
Qualifications:
Outstanding work ethic, initiative, and motivation Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively while balancing multiple demands, tasks, projects, meeting deadlines and requests within a fast-paced environment Strategic thinker consistently demonstrating clear and concise written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Flexible to work occasionally outside of business hours with the potential for some weekend tasks Punctual & dependable; flexible and adaptable Friendly and outgoing personality Tremendous attention to detail and are highly organized.
We are looking for someone who takes extreme pride in having everything completely buttoned up Must be able to work independently and as a team player Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and preferred proficiency in major social media platforms and Quickbooks Additional Info:
