High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer service representative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
