Product Manager- Operations
An Insight Global client is looking for an Product Manager to join their team remotely.
This person will be vendor facing and supporting the following products:
Debit ATM, Prepaid, and contact center.
They need to come from a financial industry background with a strong understanding of how the operational processes work.
They will be responsible for supporting the product team in building and delivering on their products.
This person is heavily involved in streamlining processes, improving collaboration, documenting best practices, setting up integrations and more.
They will be hands on in market research, QA, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
They need to be able to hit the ground running and have exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
Minimum Requirements-5
years of experience as a Product Operations Manager/Product Manager-Hands on experience with technical product implementations or systems analysis supporting technical products-Experience in the financial space- Debit ATM and Pre-paid card experience-Strong communication- will be working with their vendors (FIS and Fiserv)-Comfortable with team collaboration and being vendor facing Desired Skills-Fiserv experience Recommended Skills Communication Debits And Credits Finance Product Management Systems Analysis Team Working Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
