Summary:
You must be an astute Human Resources Manager (HRM), with experience in the management of labor relations, administration of employee programs, change management, employee engagement strategy, leadership development, performance management, HR laws and regulations, HR policy management.
You are also a dynamic leader, who always acts with integrity and discretion to ensure your role as a trusted advisor.
Under general supervision, assists in driving favorable end-to-end employee life-cycle administrating a wide variety of professional-level human resources activities for the client.
Major Position Responsibilities Maintains a variety of programs to ensure positive employee relations in keeping with company objectives Conducts research into current industry trends and makes recommendations to management regarding new programs or modifications to existing policies and procedures Analyzes employee attitudes and concerns and acts as company liaison when dealing with vendors or government agencies Partner with Talent Acquisition with recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions Assist or assume roles as needed in learning and development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, new hire orientation, and other disciplines in the function, as needed or requested Review, recommends, trains, communicates changes to compliance programs and ensures we have policies in place for compliance Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation along with potentially performing exit interviews.
Develop any necessary reports from HR Information Systems (HRIS) for surveys, reports, internal and external data requests, etc.
Administer and maintain accurate records of necessary federal, state, and local reports as required by the applicable laws, SOPs, and company policies Maintain and update employee records and files in HRIS system Follows up to ensure training objectives are met Handle routine inquiries, correspondence, and departmental administration, i.
e.
, basic employee questions, organizational change administration, vacancy analysis, performance review support, etc.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and reduce legal risks Lead or support HR related projects including supporting team members and functional leaders across the client Performs other related duties as assigned #LI-CF2 Basic Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Required Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field from four-year college or university or five (5) to eight (8) years related Human Resources experience and/or combination of experience and education Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of time, including possible international travel Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing environment Corporate human resources experience with companies supporting 300 or more employees Human Resources Certifications PHR and/or SHRM-CP Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong computer skills, administrative data control, scheduling and team interface Looks for ways to improve and promote quality Must be able to possess strong, planning, execution and multitasking skills and have demonstrated ability to reprioritize on the fly Must be able to manage quickly changing priorities while meeting deadlines Works within the highest level of integrity, ethics and safety Operates under minimal direction and exercises moderate to independent judgment Decisions are guided by policy, procedures and business plan Other Requirements:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
