The customer care expert will act as dedicated concierge for our yacht owners.

You will be in contact with team members across different time zones, yacht owners, prospects, and industry partners.
The successful candidate will be a quick-thinking, organized, and detail-oriented; a team member willing to roll up their sleeves and help support our office.
Bring your best attitude and we can teach you the rest! Experience in the travel or marine industry is preferred.
Main responsibilities include:
welcoming and onboarding new owners by prioritizing their requests, answering their questions promptly, and assisting them with booking their charter weeks; handling the associated documentation of new yachts, overseeing the booking schedule for accuracy of yacht equipment and charter-ready date; and other administrative tasks as needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, knowledge of CRM preferred.
Position location downtown St Petersburg, FL with opportunity to work from home a few days per week.
General
Responsibilities:
General inquiries - Answer general inquiries by phone, email or online chat, taking messages and reassigning the task within the team as needed; Owner Concierge - Welcome and support yacht owners, guiding them as they book their owner weeks, handling the paperwork associated with the yacht registration and ensure the new yacht details are accurate in the booking system; Yacht Sales tasks - vessel documentation, apply for insurance, liaise with manufacturer, CYMS maintenance Client Database - Maintain contact records in database, update email distribution lists and record activities in CRM as needed; Requirements:
Strong planning, follow up & organizational skills and ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize and operate independently Excellent communication both written and verbal Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of CRM preferred Minimum 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a small business setting Bachelor's degree preferred Job Type:
