Key responsibilities include:
Collecting timely and accurate eligibility implementation information from the GIS Account Management Team Establishing access to the various medical carrier portals and ensuring that access is set up timely and accurately Ongoing maintenance of carrier portal set-up through the plan year Act as the liaison between the GIS Team and our medical eligibility partners Working escalation requests from our partners in a timely manner and ensuring escalations are handled to completion Supporting a range of operational processes related to eligibility, including tracking, sending professional confirmations of access via email, maintaining records of correspondence and reports, preparing company reporting for eligibility management and more Ensuring positive customer experiences, both externally & internally Support your GIS team by providing leadership and guidance on medial eligibility management on a daily basis.
Job requirements High school graduate or equivalent Previous administrative experience preferred Knowledge of Carrier Eligibility system requirements preferred Knowledge of business correspondence, filing and general office procedures Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Access Skill in interpersonal and written communication Skill in critical thinking, problem analysis and process documentation Ability to accurately compile data and perform detailed work Ability to meet deadlines Ability to multi-task Ability to maintain confidentiality of material and informati Job Type:
