The position will be based out of our Saint Petersburg, FL office.

As a Client HR Specialist, you will create a result-oriented relationship to retain our valuable clients.
This Role is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support.
You will be responsible to run the daily functions of the Client Human Resource (HR) department.
You will work with new and existing clients/managers in need of outsourced human resource support.
Primary Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process for new employees, including interviewing, orientation, and onboarding.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees (including background checks, new hire paperwork, orientation, and introduction to company policies and procedures) Assist with employee relations including conflict resolution and employee development.
Assist with employee training and development.
Assist with payroll reports.
Assist with employee compensation and benefits.
Assist with employee performance management as needed.
Act as a resource to both management and employees by offering support and guidance regarding company policy, procedures, and practices.
Coordinate and handle FMLA and employee LOA's; create, distribute, and point of contact for employees.
Full-Cycle Recruiting job posting, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interview, developing and maintaining job postings as well as external job boards and publications.
Maintain and update paper employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy, including I9 compliance.
Manage terminations including exit interviews and benefits.
Prepare for and support new acquisitions.
Processes all unemployment-related claims.
Provide leadership and coach the management team on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and other performance issues.
Track authorized positions according to industry & budget standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4
years of experience as HR Specialist with full cycle HR experience Experience with HR data analysis, reporting, presentations, and development plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work with confidential information.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and escalate issues as necessary.
Preferred
Experience:
Prior work experience in a high-volume HR environment with multi-sites.
