Job Description:
The primary function of the Office Operatons Coordinator is to support the Sr.
Office Operations Coordinator and broader organization by ensuring auto glass replacement services are completed on time and in full.
Opera)onal excellence in planning, scheduling, procurement, communication, and problem solving are critical to success.
The posi)on supports an in-field installa)on team of Managers, Sales Reps, and Installers.
Ongoing training on skills, process, and technology is provided to support success.

Requirements:
Available to work in office M-F 8-5 3 years of experience in scheduling, procurement, other operations, or equivalent Associates/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus Strong work ethic, diligent follow up Ability to effectively manage numerous priorities and work under pressure Openness to change Excellent communication skills Bilingual Spanish a plus Organized and detail oriented Good phone and basic computing skills Must have good Culture and Positive Attitude Responsibili)es Manage installation schedule in collaboration with Sales (MPS) Receive Sales Orders from Sales and enter corresponding Work Orders into industry- specific ERP soWware (Mitchell & Glassbiller) Ensure all procurement is properly executed to support growing volume (MRP) Perform work order scheduling Assist in training office and field staff on process execu)on Solve extemporaneous operational issues, e.

incorrect or damaged part for install, reschedules, etc.
Monitor and control parts inventory (Materials Management) Create KPIs Read operational KPIs and use them to adjust personal performance Assist with any administrative duties as needed Compensa)on Starting salary $18-20/hr depending on experience Medical benefits after 90 days of service 2 weeks of paid vacation annually aWer one year of service Job Type:
