Greeting Patients and checking them in upon arrival.
Collecting Intake forms.
Manage appointment schedules and notify customers of any changes or delays.
Maintaining a neat and organized space.
Answering phone calls.
Good understanding of the company, and the services we provide.
Collecting payments, and knowledgable about payment options available.
Communicating and supporting the rest of the team in day to day operations when needed.
Preferred Qualifications/
Experience:
Proficient computer skills.
Bilingual.
At least 1 year experience working as a front desk receptionist.
