The goal is to make our properties ready for new guests following check out.
We service the following areas and more:
Tierra Verde, Pass-a-Grille, St.
Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington, Indian Rocks, Indian Shores, Clearwater and Dunedin.
Details:
Pay is $15 - $17 hourly depending on skills and experience.
Plus Tips.
Schedule is Thursdays, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday Hours are typically 10am Start time, with ending time 3 to 5 pm, depending on schedule.
All travel time is paid.
You MUST have your own reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to job sites.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities:
Clean, stock and supply vacation rentals (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bed making, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock hotel style amenities, paper products and linens Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills:
Must be able to use a smart phone Previous cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train Ability to transport cleaning supplies and linen bags to job sites Willing to drive own transportation to and from job sites Ability to follow a detailed checklist Able to work work in a timely and efficient manner Job Types:
