The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the HR function to ensure the company's HR policies and procedures are adhered to and employees are well taken care of.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and will be able to implement human resources programs that drive productivity, employee engagement, and company growth.
Responsibilities Develop and implement human resources programs that foster job satisfaction, performance management, and recruitment Develop recruitment plans, job descriptions, and training plans Develop and enforce performance appraisals Implement recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, orientation, leave of absence (oA), leave of absence/oA management, employee relations (ERP), employee relations/oA management) practices Manage the development of HR policies and procedures.
Oversee the hiring process including interviewing, selection process, orientation/training, leave management/leave requests/oA requests/oA submission process.
Establish appropriate internal and external communication tools.
Create job descriptions and provide training regarding job responsibilities.
Maintain the organization's human resources policies and procedures.
Train new hires on human resources procedures.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; Master's degree in Human Resources preferred.
3-5 years of experience in HR preferred.
