Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Assist with onboarding, background checks, reference screening, FMLA, benefit supports Provide clerical and administrative support Compile and update employee records (hard and soft/electronic copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities Coordinate HR projects(meetings, trainings, surveys, events, take minutes) Manage and coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Assist with all recruitment efforts We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join the Suncoast Center community mental health services team.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or closely related field required
Experience:
Five years experience working with sensitive confidential information, and work experience supporting a Human Resources department required Experience with HRIS system required:
preferably ADP/Paycom Oher Requirements:
Must be able to complete a level II background screening and pre-employment drug test in compliance with Florida Law.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to provide official transcripts.
Must be able to work 8:
30am to 5:
30pm with an hour unpaid lunch for a 8 hour/40 hour a week Must have 5 years of experience with all day to day HR functions within a Behavioral Health Agency.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
