A condominium complex located Coquina Key, SE St Petersburg Job Type:
Full Time / Part time Schedule:
Weekend, weekday, 1st shift and second shift.
Compensation rate:
$14.
50 increasing to $14.
75 after 3 months.
Increase Yearly.
Responsibilities:
Provide access control to the complex through the gatehouse.
Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative of our client's organizations Operate and maintain a gatehouse environment Provide accurate and detailed administrational work Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets Supervise the logging in and out guests, contractors, and deliveries Monitor CCTV and card access systems Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies Review, know and follow the site post orders Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures Additional duties as assigned The Ideal candidate will possess:
Valid D Security Guard License Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset) Be comfortable with long periods of standing Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level Ability to work independently Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service Exceptional report writing and communication skills Effective access control capabilities Computer literacy for digitalized tasks Punctual Great time keeping capabilities.
