We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Energetic, Customer Service driven Leader with the ability to motivate and manage the maintenance department.
This includes leading a team of 4.
The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities, such as work orders, room turns, general maintenance of the building and projects.
Planning and controlling the budget, employee hiring, training, and counseling.
Experience in a residential environment preferably a full service Senior Living Community or hotel setting is preferred; experience in most of it if not all, construction trades that work hands on with staff.
A/C & Plumbing are crucial.
Must be able to track a budget in excel, monitor timekeeping and compose reports not limited to the financial affairs of the department.
