206312 As a security manager, you will manage the uniformed security officer team for Progressive's facilities in St.
Petersburg, Florida.
You will support the appropriate regulations and procedures for the organization and maintain comprehensive security standards, policies, and processes including incident management.
In this position, you'll manage employment decisions, performance management, compensation, employee development, and training for uniformed staff.

Petersburg, Florida Must-have qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study and three years security work in the private security sector, law enforcement, or military In lieu of a degree, High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years of security work in the private sector, law enforcement, or military This position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance This position requires compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies Preferred skills Demonstrated corporate security experience Previous experience managing a team of security professionals; experience creating and updating operating procedures Ability to maintain professional demeanor during stressful situations Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and keen understanding of physical security industry systems (access control, visitor management, alarm, camera, incident reporting systems) Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:
00am-5:
