Must have 5 -10 years of managing crews on multiple jobs.
We do residential re-roofs, no new construction.
Currently, we have six (6) crews and need to expand this division due to our growth.
We need someone highly organized, able to multitask, and understands quality workmanship.
Understanding of Florida Code is a must.
We go the extra mile to ensure a quality job.
Must be able to collect the final payment.
Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
We have a well-established CRM to manage every contract and the stages to complete the work on time.
Most of our jobs are asphalt shingles, some TPO, and a composite look-a-like shingle.
We offer a competitive base salary with a large monthly bonus for completed jobs.
