AVP - Finance, SalonCentric Supply Chain at L'Oreal in Saint Petersburg, FL
The AVP - Supply Chain Finance is responsible for budgeting, accounting, reporting, and analyzing financial KPIs of all Distribution Network, encompassing 5 distribution centers across the country and future fulfillment center network of SalonCentric. She/He will be responsible for any supply chain financial matter. The position must uphold the integrity of SalonCentric by following guidelines, meeting expectations, goals and missions. This position reports to the VP of Finance and will be located in our National Operating Center (NOC) in St. Petersburg, Florida. JOB
Responsibilities:
o Partner with Operation Management to develop Budget and forecasts and identify risk and opportunities in a timely fashion o Run monthly business reviews with Operation Management and SalonCentric upper management o Liaise and work collaboratively with L'Oreal Supply Chain Finance organization o Oversees team's management and maintenance of various financial planning and reporting systems o Ensure proper internal controls are in place and running smoothly o Monitor and approve the department spending o Review variance analysis of actual vs. plan performed by team, provide commentaries and report to upper management o Supervise inventory control and management of slow-moving inventory o Management of capital spend o Identify process improvements/innovation opportunities and cost savings initiatives o Special projects as assigned and ad hoc reporting o Support VP Finance in all supply chain related matters EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
o Bachelor's degree in finance/Accounting or related field. CPA or MBA with concentration in finance or accounting preferred o 10
years' experience working in related field o Familiarity with Distribution and/or Consumer Goods Industry a plus, especially with professional/salon products o Must have expert-level computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint o Strong written and verbal communication skills required with ability to interact across all levels of management o Must possess strong interpersonal skills. o Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling o Expert-level financial reporting experience o Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic work environment o Experience with SAP & Hyperion or similar systems highly desirable o Prior experience managing staff.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
